I didn't always find television as useless as politicians. As a kid I used to watch my fair share of TV. I watched Batman, The  Green Hornet, Superman, the Flintstones and more. I think my top 3 favorite  action shows of that era were The Land of the Giants, Lost in Space and The Time Tunnel. And then there were the Jack Webb shows... Dragnet, Adam-12 and Emergency! They just don't make TV like this anymore...
